Silver Lamprey
This parasitic species has been uncommon in the region due to lamprey control efforts—however, it's not considered as harmful as the sea lamprey due to its low population. It's been previously suggested that this species and northern brook lamprey are two ecotypes of one species—however, this is considered controversial.
